Each weighted hour refers to an hour run on T4 GPU (g4dn.xlarge on AWS). Other GPU types are weighted according to their proportional hourly compute cost.
Sometimes, jobs must be retried to errors in configuration, underlying hardware issues, or other interruptions. Time spent during retry is not counted toward the final compute time of the job. Only the time of the final successful run is counted toward your quota.
If a job is run and then fails (ex. due to invalid inputs), that time is counted toward your quota. If Tamarind makes a mistake in configuring or running the job, that time is not counted toward your quota.
You can view compute hours for your organization here: https://app.tamarind.bio/compute-report. By default, only organization admin can see the compute hours used by the organization. You can make individuals admin by adjusting organization membership settings from your user page.Batch jobs will also show the “Batch Jobs Compute Time”, or the time elapsed among jobs within the batch, and “Batch Jobs Weighted Hours”, or computed time counted toward your budget, on the job page.
